People don't like fluff. Like when you open your Cookie Dough bites at the movie theater and half the bag is just air.
Or when you're trying to buy a car and the salesman wants you to get the rustproof protective sealant.
Or when a website sports a feature that adds absolutely nothing to the user experience.
If it has no point and no reason for being included, it's fluff. And your customers probably don't want it or like it.
