Susan Murphy preferred the Canadian debates last night over the U.S. debates, partially because the the pre-game show consisted of the Canadian television host reaching out to real Canadians to get their opinion of what they expected to hear in the debate.

I think that's awesome.

After a political debate or convention or gathering of some kind, the television hosts often consult "experts" immediately after the event to get the "expert" opinion on what happened.

Why don't the hosts consult real people after the event? After all, the opinions of the real people are the opinions that really matter.  There are far more real people voting in the election than "experts".  Reach out to people all over the nation, via phone, live video, whatever.  Listen to what the people have to say about what happened that night, not so called "experts".

After all, wouldn't real people rather hear what other real people have to say after a political event, rather than a bunch of political "experts"?
