Have you ever seen the Sonic commercials? I've always been a fan of the commercials but I've only been to Sonic once in my life. I don't forsee myself visiting again; there's currently only one Sonic in the Chicagoland area. But I've brought up the commercials in conversation before. They're unique and something to talk about.
This is what's important. Although I may never visit a Sonic again, I'll probably talk about them again.
The new Microsoft commercials are horrible. Who knows what they're thinking with that campaign but regardless, people are talking about the commercial.
The point of all this? Get people to talk about you, your product, your company. Those people will talk to other people.
