We're obsessed with more. We think more of everything makes for better things.
The truth is, more is rarely more. Rather, more is usually cumbersome, distracting, and preventive.
More irrelevant content on your site buries your message.
More colors in your design mucks up your focus.
More text and images on your book cover hides the actual title.
More beats, instruments, and sound effects injects more noise into your music.
The more dirt you pile in the hole where you buried your treasure, the harder it is to get to that treasure.
Too much light makes the baby go blind.
