You may not be Oprah, Bill Gates, Bono, Angelina Jolie, or part of Extreme Makeover: Home Edition.  That's fine.  I'm not either.

These types of people and organizations make a difference in a huge, sweep-you-off-your-feet kind of way.  And that's awesome.  They're using their enormous resources to create positive impact.

But you may not have enormous financial, logistic, or personnel resources.  That doesn't mean you're powerless.

Make a lot of little differences.  Yes, this will take more time, more energy, and more creative thinking.

But those little differences are going to add up real quick.  Into something real big.

Use social media.  Use your kayaking skills.  Use your snowman building knowledge.  Use your artistic abilities.

Use your own resources little by little to create enormous positive impact.
