When you listen to music or watch TV, there's usually a certain point when the sound is just too loud.

I'm talking about how having the TV volume at 52 sounds fine, but 53 is just too loud. Or how having the radio in the car turned halfway up sounds fine, but a smidge more to the right and it's too loud.

Just one little step further breaks the barrier and turns the tables completely.  You didn't ramp the TV volume up to 73 or throw the radio dial all the way to the right.

You just moved it up a step.  You just turned it a smidge.

Your customers are just as sensitive as your ears. They can tell if you've improved your service just a bit. You don't necessarily have to go overboard and get all fancy on them.

Just turn the dial a smidge. Turn up the volume a step.

It'll make a world of a difference.
